Spotify connect does not recognize Arcam rPlay

I have a Arcam rPlay that supports Spotify but it doesn't appear in the available device in Spotify connect. All devices are on the same network.

What should I do?

I have same issue. Everything else works fine but Spotify connect wont work.

They've made changes to devices supported by connect. See if your hardware device is still listed on spotifygear.com and try the troubleshooting tips here, if it is still supported.
