I just updated Spotify to version 8.4.45.633 armV7 (android) and when I click the "Shuffle Play" button on my playlists it won't shuffle. It just plays my playlist in order and I don't know why. I don't have premium, but I want to be able to shuffle my playlist.

How long has this been happening for? What device and operating system are you running/

Lastly, does logging out and back in make a difference at all? If not, you can try a reinstall following these steps.

I have tried reinstalling the app 10 times. Shuffle is only playing the first 10 songs or so of my playlists in Spotify Free Samsung S8. It has been happening since the new Spotify user (beta) interface was downloaded about a month ago. Can't listen to my playlists in the gym or car any more.
