Downloads disappear

Hello Community members.

There was a time, I used Spotify without any bigger disturbings. Now I have a huge Problems and I would be so Happy If sb could help me to fix it.

I downloaded songs (around 1100) now several times and every time spotify just delete all of the Downloads as they never existed.

I had songs downloaded on several phones, maybe more than 3, but I finally removed every phone which was logged in on the Spotify website. Then, I deleted all files of the Spotify app on my current phone and restarted the app. I even changed the password to make sure that nobody else could log in with my account.

The problem that the downloads don't stay for long reappeared.

Now I have the simple question: what is the problem and how can I solve it? Is it because the downloaded songs on my old phone practically still exist and count for the maximum number of phones that can have downloads with my account?

Is it because of my phone (Motorola Moto G5)?

I did not turn on the offline mode this time, not even once and I stay connected with the internet often enough.

I really really hope for your help because it appeared now for several times and I have no idea what to do now.

Additionally, I do not have WiFi at home so I always have to go to town to download the songs which is, you can imagine, very annoying and costs me a lot of time and patience.
