Spotify keeps pausing every 10 seconds

For the last few weeks, Spotify has been pausing on its own a lot. It's happening more and more often and now it happens every like ten seconds and it's making it unusable. I don't know how to get it to stop doing that.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
