I've seen some of this in other threads, but the main one is 105 messages and seems to have strayed off into solutions that don't work.

1) Will Spotify allow turning off automatic start/play of music when a Bluetooth device connects? If I stop playback of Spotify, I expect it to STAY off until I turn it back on. If I get a phone call through bluetooth (in 2 different vehicles, BTW) as soon as the call is over Spotify starts playing, perhaps blasting me out as I had the volume turned up for the phone call. Seems to happen every time the BT stacks switch gears and re-establishes connection for media. Even text notifications that beep over the stereo trigger it I believe.

2) None of the data from Spotify downloads into my BT enabled cars database. So I can't browse for music to play from the controls of the vehicle.

Google Play does both of these correctly. I plan to switch if Spotify doesn't address these two annoying "features". Been a long term user and told many appleheads to switch to Spotify over the years.......but it seems these two needs will force me to move.
