Scrobbles appear on last.fm during play then vanish

I noticed today that when I play a track on Android it appears on last.fm as "scrobbling now" but when the track is finished the scrobble vanishes on last.fm and isn't registered. This doesn't happen from the desktop client. I tried switching offline mode on and off. Didn't help.

Same problem, since this morning. Everything worked great yesterday. I tried fully closing Spotify and reinstalling the Spotify scrobbler plugin. Didn't help.

For some reason it works again, I didn't make any changes in the meantime. Is yours up again too?

As we have posted in other thread. You have to go to your profile settings on Last fm and accept spotify and your account

This is solution works. i.e. log into last.fm and re-authorize Spotify
