Playlists have disapeared

Hi i just logged in on my girlfriend's phone and now all my playlists have disapeared, i have logged out and back in and they are still missing

Have you checked that they are available from the Spotify web app still?

Have you checked that you are logged in? Click small image top left of the Spotify app on Android.

Are their other playlists in there? Or no playlists at all? If there are many playlists in there, remember you can filter, sort by recently played etc.

A random playlist appeared then disapeared after a few hours but the only playlist that are showing is the one i started on my gf's phone and a windows media one i have never known what it is. i have logged out and logged back in but no playlists are showing on mine or gf's pjone apart from thaose i have mentioned

I keep finding someone playing that random playlist called lol but it does not show up now, i have got my playlists back now. But new device keeps playing that playlist its seems to be an asian phone model its a redmi pro, when i go into offline devices it just says android

Have you tried the classic 'close the app (not put to sleep) and reopen' and also 'shutting down the phone and starting it again'?

Sounds like your playlists are back though.
