Vertical video

I want to watch the vertical video (bts). But I don't know where it is. I tried searching for the artist, even the playlist that was supposed to have that video but I still can't see it. I've tried reaching installing the app and logging off and in again, but it's still the same. I also tried the link that was provided, but I still can't see the video. Please help. Thanks.

I managed to be able to watch the vertical videos whenever I played a song that had one. But since a few days, it's not showing anymore.
