Playing single interprets inside a Playlist doesn't work

So, had anyone else have the issue that when you search for a specific artist inside of your big playlist and you try to play a song, the selected song won't start, but rather another song in the playlist.

It's kinda weird to describe but every time i search for an artist in my biggest playlist (2k+ songs) and I try to play a song, it won't work. It just plays another random song. Pretty frustrating actually.

I hope that someone can help me out of this situation.
