    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My problem is rather a common one but I haven't found a working solution yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As in the title - my local files won't sync to my Android device. What is more interesting - my local files won't sync across any of my devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the list of things that I have tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- clean reinstallation of Spotify App (on my phone, MacBook and Windows PC),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- checking Spotify syncing on different WiFi network (my own WiFi and my girlfriend's WiFi - different ISPs),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- downgrading Spotify app on MacBook,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- downgrading Spotify app on Windows PC (Windows 10),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changing my local files directory on PC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- changing Storage location on Spotify app on Android device (from SD Card to internal storage),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- disabling firewall on my router,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- reenabling upnp on my router,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- disabling firewall and antivirius on Windows PC,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- creating new Premium account to see if the problem is account related (it is not - syncing doesn't work on the new account),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- connecting my PC and MacBook to hotspot created on my Android device,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- deleting offline devices from my account,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- enabling offline mode on both devices (MacBook and Android) for some time and reenabling online mode again,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- creating new playlists to store my local files.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of the above has worked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am also sure that I haven't reached the limit of 3,333 songs per device (I have roughly 450 local files).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a premium user, of course.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My devices:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MacBook Pro late 2017 with newest MacOS,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung Galaxy Note8 with Android Oreo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desktop PC with Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would love to see some solution, because I am paying for the service but as for now it is not working as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
