New Spotify Update

Is there a way to reverse the new spotify update? With this new update i can't listen to the songs i had saved, and when i listen to my playlists the shuffle is terrible (basically going in the order i saved them to). Overall, i liked the old version better than this new one. I'd either like the old version back or get to know if there will be any new updates that will fix this.

100% agree. Shuffle option needs to he improved. I don't want to listen to my playlist in the order I saved it every. single. time!

Also browse has been replaced with a load of music genre buttons rather than music suggested from music I like! Why? Home is similarly messed up 😤

I don’t like the Spotify update, I can’t even look at my playlist that I created and the song that I put the playlist, don’t even mansion shuffle is Terrible it’s not good because I can’t play the songs in my playlist on shuffle mode I want the old Spotify back if they can fix that I’ll be satisfied with there’s an update I can fix this problem I’m OK with that. The new update is absolutely terrible and I'm honestly thinking of just getting rid of Spotify if they don't fix it. Everytime I play a playlist, it starts with the same song literally. Every. Time.

I agree the new update's shuffle is horrible like I want to listen to walking on sunshine(which is at the bottom of my playlist) and not i write sins not tragedies every. single. time. i. press. shuffle. And now I have to use other apps becuase I'm just tired of hearing the same 15 songs over and over again when there's at least 400 in my playlist. step up your game spotify.

The new spotify update is terrible. If you're willing to pay premium for spotify I highly suggest canceling it and getting premium amazon music, the shuffle is SO much better and the over all set up is too. Best decision I've ever made in my life.

same thing is happening to me. i tried going onto one of the new free 'on demand' playlists but i cant even shuffle. its gotten more confusing too. its like Snapchat with their update. Spotify please fix this soon

It is there, it's one of the "buttons" marked "discover" feel a fool for not seeing it although it's not obvious

It's very annoying, the browse, radio sections are all gone. There used to be a tour and ticket finding section but it's gone. I actually hate this new look, it seems harder to use. The app is now totally a mess. And i wanna know if it's the version 8.4.53. My IPad (9.5) is still having the old look, i'm not gonna update that ver if it changes the old look. The currently look for free users was tested when Spotify launched in Vietnam in March. And now they do it to every free users around the world. It's a failure. Now i hate most of the things in Spotify, will use Pandora instead.

Me too! All of the great features have either been removed or unusable because of the new update. I also HATE the premium tab. What’s the point? There’s already Spotify ads for Premium, why shove it in our faces even more with a tab dedicated to it?? So pointless.

I literally hate everything about this. I can’t do any of the things that I loved about Spotify like being able to see playlists from a specific person it’s honestly like nobody exists anymore

I think the whole reason behind this update is to make people pay for premium. With that being said, I'm just gonna pay for premium for a month just so I can see what songs I have downloaded and just make a YouTube playlist. Lucky me. I have someone who's let's me be part of their family YouTube red so I can listen without having to keep the screen on
