Can't synchronize local files with Android

Hi Guys,

hope you all are doing great!

i'm having issues with the local files, basically i cannot download them in my phone, 1 week ago i was able to add my local files to the playlist, opened the app on the phone and everything works, now i add the songs in the pc but i cannot reproduce them on the phone ,both devices (Phone and PC) are in the same network and i do have reachability between them, also i checked the Firewall settings and i'm allowing everything, so there's nothing blocking the content, i'd like to know if someone knows or have an idea about this issue.
