Maximum volume too low

For some reason the max volume on Spotify is lower than on other apps. When I listen to music on some standard mp3 player app or on youtube, the max volume is a lot higher than on Spotify, this always bothered me. Why is that, is this supposed to be some kind of safety for my ears? Or am I the only one who has this problem? And no, reinstalling did not work.

Doesn't work either. It has something to do with Spotifys player, I tried all settings already. I just don't understand why PowerAmp for example can play music much louder than Spotify, seems like a dev problem to me
