My Question or Issue

I've been experiencing problems where any music I have downloaded for offline listening will not play if the network signal strength is weak (which should not be occurring when the music has been downloaded) until I move into an area where the signal is stronger.

For example, when I leave my house to go to work, my phone still picks up our Wi-Fi and is still connected to the network but I'm far enough away that the signal is weaker than what it would be if I were still inside the house. This is also known to occur in any situation where a Wi-Fi signal is too weak but hasn't quite dropped to switch over to cellular.
