Open Letter to Spotify Devs

Dear Spotify Development Team,

Please fix your garbage app for Android so I don't have to keep re-downloading the app and saved music onto all of my devices every week because of some arbitrary blank screen after opening the app, signifying that it has now frozen.

Also, why on earth would you change the sorting format from "Artist > Album > Song Number" to "Artist > Alphabetical Song Title"? This makes absolutely no sense and is consistantly frustrating. No one likes it. Change it or at least give the user the option to do so.

My thoughts exactly. With every update I've had recently always comes a new problem. Sometimes worse than the last.

Now the app keeps **bleep**ing crashing on me and I'm stuck with the dumb "alphabetical artist filter" like you said.

Best yet, spotify barely makes a **bleep**ing effort to acknowledge the problem.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. I've had to reinstall it 3 days in a row now.

Total garbage. I'm considering going back to Pandora... and that's saying something.

They're trying to boost their downloads. I've redownloaded three times.

That actually makes sense haha!

I did read that if you go to your app settings (android) and set permissions for it to allow "storage," it may help. Mine seems to be doing OK today. We will see if it fixes the problem.
