My Question or Issue

Within the past 2 weeks Spotify has become unusable while driving to work. My Pixel and iPod touch are both experiencing the same issue and I have taken the same troubleshooting steps with both.

Issue: Vehicle bluetooth controls cause Spotify to crash. Or music will stop playing even though the track is still going. This is on both devices. Issue appears on my Bluetooth workout headphones.

Troubleshooting: Uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Cleared all songs on the devices. Repaired with the vehicle and/or headphones.

The only common denominator is Spotify and recent updates.

Any advice on how to get the service I am paying for?

Hey @Jetteichert, welcome to the Community!

If possible, could you try recreating the issue using a different Bluetooth set up besides the one in your car and your workout headphones? Let us know if it makes a difference.

Also, could you let us know when this started happening? We'd like to know your current Spotify version as well.
