Downloads gone after smartphone update

Recently my phone (OnePlus 5T) has made some updates.

After each update all my "Downloaded" files seem to be gone. I need to download every time all songs to be able to listen offline.

That this happens once, I can understand, but after every phone update????

It costs me each time a lot of time to download all songs again.

Any solution to this issue???

Hey,

First of all because it's a phone update, whitch in my understanding it's an android update, cache and other data may be lost... In this case it may be just a problem with your phones setings.

Otherwise make sure your subscription plan is active and that you are just updating the app, if by phone update you ment spotify app update.
