Spotify starts playback by itself

V:8.4.57.803, galaxy note 5 running android 7.0.

Issue:

When i connect to Bluetooth device, Spotify sometimes start playback, iven if i stopped the playback, is ignores it and play music.

Same issue, but expanded.

Spotify will sometimes-but-not-always initiate playback without any input in the following cases:

- When connecting to car bluetooth (Kia Forte 2013 EX)
- Upon opening the app
- Upon opening the app when connected via microUSB to laptop

It's worth noting that the second and third case regularly happen when I have Spotify open in a web browser or desktop application at the same time, but with playback *paused* in the browser/application (begins automatically on phone although it has been manually stopped elsewhere)

Anecdotally, this behavior is at best unexpected and at worst very undesirable: I opened the app in an office environment just now with the intention of downloading a playlist for later. Unprompted, the app began playing music through my phone and disrupting everyone in the immediate vicinity.

Even if as an optional setting, playback doesn't seem like it should ever begin automatically when manually launching the app.
