ı just wanna delete my old spotify account that linked with my facebook account so that ı can connect to facebook through on my new spotify account that ım actually using. but ı coldn't delete my old account... ı've tried to delete via contact form but spotify didn't even return ?

If you would like to Close your account please follow these steps:

It’s only possible to close an account if it’s on our free, ad-supported service. If you have Premium, you first need to cancel.

Log in to close your account here.
Note: Be sure to cancel any subscriptions first.
Select Account.
Select I want to close my Spotify account permanently.
Continue through the steps.

To contact support, please fill out the online contact form. Just to make sure they will respond to it reply to the email you will receive at the moment of submitting the above form. Once they respond, they will take care of it!
