My Question or Issue

Hello my wife is in my Spotify Family and she has got a problem that Spotify on her phone logs her out and deletes all her offline music. I checket her account and she has only 2 devices connected (Phone, PC). This hapend 5 times now, after starting the Spotify App on her phon she gets a login screen and when she logs in all the offline music is deleted. This problem hapens at random.

Hey @Dymas-CZ, welcome to the Community!

Does she have any cache clearing apps installed to her device? If so, disabling them should help.

If not, she can try a clean reinstall to see if it makes a difference.
