My Question or Issue

I am currently using Spotify in Android. I used to use an iPhone 5s and to listen to Spotify with my Wi-Fi speaker (Sony SRS HG1) and it worked very well! I even was able to switch between Spotify connect and google cast within seconds .

Now I am using an android device. It does not connect with Spotify Connect, never. With Google Cast it connects sometimes, but most of the times when I click on "Listen on Google cast" nothing happens. So my questiong is why it does not work as well as it does with iOS. I tried reinstalling Spotify, it worked but later it stops working again and I just cant reinstall Spotify everyday as a solution.

I also tried using Google Home application, it works so it seems the issue is in Spotify.
