    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since middle/late May: "no internet connection, please try again later" 2-3 times on a daily basis. This with a close to flawless mobil internet connection. It never occurs when using my Google service Music Premium or any other services for that matter.&lt;BR /&gt;Your service used to be "most bang for the bucks" despite the shitty UI, but with no reliable output at your end, it's worthless.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll put my account on hold until you state that you are on the level again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BR&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Staffan Carlberg&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Sony Xperia XZ Premium, Andriod 8.0 ver 47.1.A.12.205]&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you've been having trouble with the app. What Spotify version are you using? Did the issue start after an app update?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does the issue happen on different networks? Also, if you haven't already done so, give a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/reinstallation-of-spotify/" target="_blank"&gt;clean reinstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;a try to see if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;
