Hello,

how come the functionality in the Android app differs from the desktop windows or apple client, of iPad and iPhone? The greatest frustration is the default name of a new playlist is emptied. On your forum the answers is “works a designed”. For me and a lot of other Android users this is unacceptable. I will take some effort to switch to deezer, of google music, but I will do so if I get the feeling you do not take your users seriously. This is not meant as a threat, but to let you know this is a serious issue, as is your response to it. At least Please elaborate: are you planning to solve this, are you planning to have more differences between the platforms, why did you change this!? It is much more easier to empty the suggested playlist name then to type it in. So I fail to see the logic.

I hope the team is able to provide a more satisfying answer. Again no
explanation and your anwer "keep in mind that the design might change
between devices" is worrying.

We used to refer to Spotify as an example of how to organize IT, agility
and customer focus. A colleague of mine already pointed out that lately
your model seems to wear out (based on the visible lack of innovation
lately). As Spotify is still not making any profit I do not understand the
arrogance of not providing a decent response to your customers (I perceive
this as a kind of arrogance at least).
