Ongoing Offline Mode!

Every time I search for a song on Spotify mobile, it says im still in offline Mode and I should go online.

We have got a great Internet connection at home, what should not be the reason.

How long has this been going on? Did this start happening after an app or OS update? If you haven't already given it a try, go ahead and do a clean reinstall to see if it helps.
