My Question or Issue

Hi everyone,

yesterday I received the OnePlus Bullets Wireless (Bluetooth Headphones). They have a magnetic back on each plug and when you connect the magnets together the music stops playing. If you discconected them, music starts playing. This is the theroretical side.

In fact, I have sometimes the problems, when I plug them together, the music stops on the headphones, but starts playing on my smartphones' speaker. All other apps dind't have this problem, so OnePlus community brought me here.

Does anyone have a solution for this problem? It's really annoying when you take public transport...

Hey @TheAlwaysUltra, welcome to the Community!

Has this always happened or did it work a few days before it started to happen? Does your Bluetooth get disabled when you put the headphones together to stop the music?

Also, if you haven't already done so, try a clean reinstall to see if it makes a difference.

@SergioDavid: Thanks for the warm welcome.

I already have it clean installed and still have this problem. To your questions: Unfortunately as I unboxed the bullets and tested it the first time it happend. No, my bluetooth is still turned on (only the headphones disconnect).

I have a strange feeling that it have something to do with playing via Spotify Connect. Like I am listening to Spotify on my Sonos WLAN speaker and starting the headphones, then it plays on them. If I turn them off, sometimes it plays on the smartphone's speaker. But I have to say, this is not always like this. Sometimes it works.
