Happening on both android and windows

On the way home I was listening to Spotify on my android phone. It went to an album called Volunteer by Old Crow Medicine show and keeps starting and repeating the early parts of songs. I had to uninstall the app from the phone as I could not get it to stay logged out. It is happening on all of my devices and driving me crazy. I can't get it to select other content, it keeps going back to this album. Did I hit something to make this happen?????

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. When you reinstalled, did you follow these exact steps for a clean reinstall?

If possible, could you send over a video showing what happens when you try listening to something else? If it's just an error, a screenshot would suffice.
