Local Files Not Downloading Onto Phone

My Question or Issue:

I have several playlists that contain only local files stored on my laptop. I tried downloading them onto my phone but they won't download. I tried clearing my cache and reinstalling the app but have had no luck. Also, after reinstalling the app, the local files on an old playlist decided to not download. Attached is a photo demonstrating the issue. The songs play on my laptop, but not my phone (since they won't download on my phone).

Do the files play on laptop? If so then it's a router configuration issue. I suggest creating a hotspot with your phone and connecting your laptop to that network and then trying to sync.
