My Question or Issue

Hi,

Since I updated my Galaxy S7 to Android 8, my Spotify App loses settings quite often. Music Quality switches fron high to automatic and I always have to manually start the equalizer. Does anyone is facing the same problems?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. How long has this been going on for? Did it only start after you updated your OS?

If you haven't already done so, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.

I tried a clean reinstall of the app, but it didn't solve the problem.
