No control on lock screen on Android 8.1.0

I have no Spotify control on lock screen on my Nokia 8. I have contacted Nokia support, who unfortunately has not been able to find a clear explanation of the problem.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Did this start happening after an app or OS update? What operating system and Spotify version are you using?

If you haven't already done so, try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.

I have had the issue since I got the phone in April and everything seems to be fully updated.

In spite of that, I have tryed doing a Clean Reinstall, as you recommend, and the problem niow seems to be solved 🙂
