Downloaded songs

First question, are downloaded songs when played using any data ?

If not what is the setting, offline mode for ?

The reason I ask is that my downloadEd songs have disappeared 3 times and I do not have much data

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help out though.

When listening to your offline tracks, you shouldn't be consuming any data. However, some tracks that aren't downloaded might start playing, which could use up your data.

To make it so the app only plays tracks that are synced to your device, you can enable Offline Mode.

As for your downloads disappearing, check out the info listed in this article under the "Downloads unexpectedly removed" tab.
