Spotify pauses music every second

My Question or Issue

As in https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Android-Spotify-randomly-pauses-music/idi-p/1291316 since today I'm not able to listen to Music on Spotify without pausing the songs every few seconds.

Already reinstalled the whole app, restarted my phone, deleted the appcache a few times. No other programs running. offline mode causes the same problems.

I hope I can get help here 😞
