Spotify android app resets when closed

It happens that everytime I close the Spotify app it resets itself to recently installed status asking me to log in everytime, it erases my settings and my downloaded songs

I already tried erasing data and reinstall but it doesn't work!

Sorry to hear your songs, and data erases after the Spotify app is closed.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'm running Spotify in version 8.4.64.555 and my android version is 7.0

I did everything you recommended but still have the same problem
