My Question or Issue

I just switched my iPhone to Samsung S8. I have a premium account that I pay monthly. I got my new phone on Saturday and downloaded the Spotify app on it but it did not show my playlists. So I went to both my iPhone and Samsung tablet and logged out and logged back on and it wiped out all my playlists. It is not recognizing me as a premium member and it’s requesting I should do the free trial. Is there any way to retrieve my playlists

Sorry to hear this.

You can get your deleted playlists recovered by following these steps:

Log in to your account page.
Click Recover playlists in the menu on the left.
Click RESTORE by the playlist you want to recover.
Open Spotify and find the restored playlist at the bottom of your playlist collection.
