My Question or Issue

Hi all,

I recently noticed that Spotify doesn't download songs to my device (I have 20 GB of free Space). Whenever I try to download a song or playlist it shows that it is downloading, but if you go to the Settings it will shows you that it downloaded 1-2 MB. I tried re-installing, updating my firmware. Nothing works. It, however, works when i'm connected to the internet. I also removed devices from my spotify account, so i have to re-sync again, still didn't help. If anyone knows a solution Please HELP

Hey @podlish.

From the screenshots you sent, seems like the playlist was already fully downloaded (it has the green arrow next to it). Are you able to play it when you go Offline?

The data usage changes depending on the Download quality settings you choose, so Normal quality means the songs are saved at approx 96kbit/s.

Hi,

No I can't play songs in offline mode. If you look at other pictures you will see the downloaded music

( in MB), for some reason it shows that it is downloaded but it is not

That's odd!

In this case, let's try reinstalling Spotify on your device before downloading the playlist again.

Let us know if that does the trick.
