In the app, in the favorites song section i had 7000 songs now its in 1000. Is this a glitch going on or what.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I did restart and still the same does have to do with the phone carrier or what or am i talking to a bot

Could you try reinstalling the app, and make sure to clear all cache?

i'm guessing since i have metro pcs their connection is garbage and screws up my app

In this case, I would then contact MetroPCS to see what they can do on their end.

Please do use a different internet connection and see if that does the trick.
