My Question or Issue

If i am correct, i belive i started paying spotify money so that i can listen to songs offline? If that is the case then why the **bleep** are some songs occasionally undownloaded from my phone? I get a notification at the top of playlist telling me to connect to wifi to download songs. I know i havent added new songs to the playlist therefore all songs should be downloaded. Wrong. Apparently my favourit track is undownloaded. Which means i am spending money for what? Why do some songs undoenload periodically?

I understand your frustration.

This download of specific songs could be happening if the artist, label, or aggregator make a change and the songs are replaced on the data base for a new version.

If it's happening with a specific song every time, let us know and we'll take a closer look.
