Spotify Un-useable on Galaxy S7

My Question or Issue

All of the sudden, Spotify is totally un-useable. The songs started lagging and skipping at first, but after many restarts and uninstalls, its so laggy and unresponsive that there is no way to navigate the app or play music without waiting 30 seconds-1 minute for something to load. It has a mid of its own at this point and I have no idea how to get it back to working properly.

Does this usually happen on WiFi or on a mobile network? Also, do you have to wait for things to load if you put the app into Offline Mode?
