Trouble downloading

I can't seem to download the songs

When i click "download" a message comes and says "go to settings to download with a phone" and i cant find where im supposed to go in settings?

Im actually french; here's the message in french (original)

"Allez dans paramètres ou réglages pour télécharger à l'aide d'un mobile"

Can someone help me please? I'd appreciate it thanks

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Concerning my problem, I actually solved it on my own by searching in the settings of spotify and not on my actual phone settings. I just had to click on downloading on phone and that's it, but thanks for taking your time on answering me
