Stuck in offline on galaxy s7

My Question or Issue

Since this morning I have been unable to get spotify out of offline mode. I have checked that the option is disabled in settings and I have logged out then changed my password via the website before logging back in. Neither has worked

I recommend trying a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

I uninstalled the app and changed my password online and that seemed to work when I reinstalled it.

Try doing a force stop on the spotify app. It worked for me on an S8 having the same problem
