Local File Thumbnails (mostly) not Showing Up

My Question or Issue

I was wondering, why are a lot of my Local Files not showing their thumbnails on my phone while it looks just fine on my PC? Out of all my songs, only 1 showed it's thumbnail. It's not detrimental or anything, but I'd like to put the proper thumbnails in, if possible. Thank you!

Edit:

I might sound like I'm making this up, but everytime I refresh Spotify, a different song might show it's thumbnail, still showing 1 thumbnail at a time though.

How long has this been going on for? Does this happen while you're connected to the same network as your PC?

Also, does restarting your network make a difference?
