My Question or Issue

Hello,

My app keeps disconnecting itself from my wifi. I have reinstalledt the app three times, but this still keeps happening. Is there a way to prevent this? Also, if my app disconnects, is there anyway to reconnect through the app?

Hope you’re doing great!

Could you try restarting your device to see if that helps? Also, does this happen with other apps?

Please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown if possible as well.
