I get placed in offline mode automatically

My Question or Issue

9/10 times my Spotify jumps into offline mode by itself. I have no other connections, just my phone and shut down pc at home. I can solve it for a short period of time by shutting down Spotify app and putting it into rest mode twice and starting it. It will then work for 5minutes and the next time I try to search for something I'm offline again and can't. I can only listen to my downloaded tracks.

Edit: it says "Whoops, something went wrong. Try again" but it is literally offline mode.

That's odd.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

I have a list of 1000+ songs that are all downloaded. If I uninstall I will lose all of those and have to download them again. It's over 2GB of memory...

I have tried uninstalling the app and it did work for a day and then the issue returned...

Yes I have. Plenty. It's always the same no matter what network I'm on. @Nico
