Sd card problems

I've tried downloading my spotify library on my sd card a dozen times, followed instructions from all over the web.

Every time I select my sd card in the spotify options menu, the songs download fine for a while, the suddenly the sd card option dissappears and im back where i started. Like i said, i've reinstalled spotify, formatted/reinserted my sd card etc. Nothing is working!

Hey @puckiyo611, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try following these steps in order:

Delete cache and all data in the app on your phone.
Uninstall the app
Use a computer to manage your account with a browser
Navigate to your 'offline devices' and delete all listed devices from
the list.
Install the app back onto your phone, and log back in.

Hey there, thanks for the quick reply. Didn't work though, the sd card option dissappeared from the menu again and the app stopped downloading my library.
