I have just upgraded my android phone and tried to start another premium profile.

What is going on with this software!

Problems

Won't let me listen to full songs. The lay out has changed! I am just getting previews of everything. This is horrible. How do I change this?

It won't let me upgrade to premium (I think) I have tried f to pay 3 times. But it lets ne download.

Spotify has done those changes for a more streamlined user experience on the free tier. You can read more about it in this support article 🙂

About the Premium you can pay it only on their website, not from the phone app.

Try subscribing to Premium using incognito mode or another internet connection.
