(Android)Now playing notification vanishing while playing songs

My Question or Issue

After a while listening to my songs, the now playing notification vanishes, but the song keeps playing, I open the app again and it shows me as if I paused it, to show it up again I must restart the app, every single time, I tried a clean reinstall and it didn't worked, I have even tried to listen to another playlist, but I lt hasn't been solved yet

Is there anything I could do?

Welcome to the community!

It's worth resetting your offline devices to see if this helps. To do so, just head to Offline Devices on your Account Overview and click the 'Remove All Devices' button. As a heads up, you'll need to redownload your offline tracks once you click the button - so it's best to do this when you have access to WiFi.
