Plan

Student Premium

Country

USA

Device

Samsung Galaxy S8

Operating System

Most recent, not sure what it's called but I'm fully updated

My Question or Issue

I have 2 issues. The first is that the music keeps randomly pausing and I have to keep hitting play again. The second is that normally while I am using spotify, in the notification bar there is the Spotify symbol and when I pull it down it has the song playing and basic controls (play/pause, skip/go back). However, since the last update, the symbol and pull down menu will randomly disappear and I have to go reopen the app itself and use controls from there which is very inconvenient when I'm listening while working out or driving. These two issues work together to make Spotify less convenient. Also, there needs to be a better system for customers having small, specific bugs like this to get help in a timely manner from people who actually work for Spotify and can give the most accurate information.
