My Question or Issue

Since the last few days, the spotify icon in the notification area/bar (normally allowing playback controls and going straight to the app while using other apps) has disappeared. I've tried all other solutions and even went to the app notifications but nothing has seemed to work. I use the app all the time so it's super annoying not having easy access to change the songs or pause it while using other apps.
