Sorry to hear that. No worries though, let's try some more troubleshooting steps:

Restart your device
Make sure your device is on the latest OS version. You can find directions how to do that according to your device's manufacturer.
Toggle off Offline Mode

On another note, does this occur when you're logged in your account from a different device?
