My Question or Issue

Since a few weeks the app on my phone keeps closing itself. Somtimes it takes an hour, other times just three songs. I have restarted the device, reinstalled the app and it worked... untill this morning it showed the same problems again.

My insights might not be the exact solution of your issue, but I will try up to my utmost knowledge in answering your concern.

Have you tried checking your phone's RAM? Maybe your phone's ram is not able to process good because your phone maybe crowded with many apps.

Try to lessen you phone's app.
