Missing from notifications and issues on car bluetooth

My Question or Issue

up until the last week or so everything has been fine but spotify has suddenly disappeared from my notifications bar and, as a result, doesn't show the correct song information on car bluetooth systems. If I have been using youtube before getting in the car then play spotify the last video i watched comes up and stays there. I can skip tracks as normal though. This happens on any car as I work for a dealership and have tried this on about 10 different cars. I've found no solutions and the answers on google are 2 years old at the youngest.
